Aurora, Colorado

Aurora is Colorado's third largest city and sits directly east of Denver.  This diverse city is somewhat sprawling, covering three counties and spilling out onto the eastern plains (some call it a suburb of Kansas City, but that is a joke).  Aurora has seen a building boom, mainly because there is nothing to the east of it to stop it from growing, and it has a large number of condos and town homes.  Real estate prices tend to be lower here than in other areas of the Denver-metro area.
